Registration desks open Wednesday at 14:00 in the primary foyer. Please present your digital confirmation pass and photo identification upon arrival.
Audio interpretation headsets are provided for plenary sessions in English, French, Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese. Standard 3.5mm jacks supported.
The convention hall features barrier-free step-free entrances, elevator access to all breakout rooms, and reserved seating for mobility assistance.

Plenary doors open daily at 08:00 with morning prayer starting at 08:30 followed by keynote presentations.
Catered lunch is served from 12:30 to 14:00 in the dining atrium with dietary preferences clearly labeled.
Regional group discussions and spiritual sharing break out into assigned seminar rooms at 14:30.
Concelebrated Holy Mass takes place at 18:00 in the main auditorium prior to evening dinner gatherings.
