Travel Information for the College and the Regional Gathering

Provide complete and accurate travel information so pick-up can be organized. It should include flight or train information, or — for those travelling by car — confirmation that you will arrive independently to Sacrofano.

Recommended arrival and departure:

• If you are attending the International College: arrive on Saturday, January 30 in time for lunch, and plan your departure for after lunch on Saturday, February 6.

• If you are attending the International Regional Gathering only (not the College): arrive on Monday, February 1 before 13:00h, and plan your flight departure for Saturday, February 6 not before 17:00h (Lunch will finish at about 14:00h).

• Please try to book your flights or trains as close as possible to these times, so pick-up can be organized efficiently. If your schedule requires an earlier arrival or later departure, please indicate this below so we can plan accordingly.
