How to get there
The 2027 International Gathering takes place in Fraterna Docums Sacrofano, located 19 kilometres north of central Rome in the Pope's diocese. Reliable transit routes connect the venue to airports and city centers.

International College participants, from 30 January 2027
The International College will begin on Saturday, 30 January 2027 with lunch, scheduled for 13:00 at the centre.
The available meeting points and times for transport to Sacrofano that day will be as follows:
09:00h - Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, Fiumicino, Terminal 3 Arrivals Hall. A Teams member carrying a sign with the Teams of Our Lady logo will be waiting for you and will accompany you to the exit, where a coach will be waiting.
11:00h - Roma Tiburtina Railway Station, Via Altiero Spinelli exit. A Teams member will be waiting near a coach displaying the Teams of Our Lady logo.
11:30h - Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, Fiumicino, Terminal 3 Arrivals Hall.: A Teams member carrying a sign with the Teams of Our Lady logo will be waiting for you and will accompany you to the exit, where a coach will be waiting.
Note: As a general rule, please arrange your arrival times with the scheduled transfers in mind. If flight schedules require someone to arrive the day before the meeting begins, there are two options: arrange accommodation in Rome independently for that night and go the following day to Roma Tiburtina station or the airport at the scheduled transfer times; or travel directly to Sacrofano and stay at the centre from the previous night.
In the latter case, however, participants must arrange their own transfer to Sacrofano and personally cover the cost of accommodation before the International College begins.
Unfortunately, the organisational complexity arising from the large number of people we need to accommodate does not allow us to provide other options.
Participants in the International Meeting of Regional Responsible Couples, from 1 February 2027
The International Meeting of Regional Responsible Couples will begin on Monday, 1 February 2027 at 16:30. By that time, all participants must have arrived in Sacrofano and checked into their rooms so that they can be present for the opening welcome.
As a general rule, lunch will not be provided at the centre on 1 February, except for participants who have already arrived and request it.
The available meeting points for transport to Sacrofano on 1 February 2027 will be as follows:
At Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, Fiumicino, in the Terminal 3 Arrivals Hall, several Teams members carrying signs with the Teams of Our Lady logo will be waiting for you. They will accompany you to the exit, where several coaches will be waiting. The times will be communicated later.
At G.B. Pastine International Airport, Ciampino, in the terminal Arrivals Hall, several Teams members carrying signs with the Teams of Our Lady logo will also be waiting for you. They will accompany you to the exit, where several coaches will be waiting. The times will be communicated later.
For those arriving by train and those who arrived on previous days (by any form of public transport), the meeting point is Roma Tiburtina Railway Station at 11:00, at the Via Altiero Spinelli exit. Several Teams members displaying the Teams of Our Lady logo will be waiting for you and will accompany you to the coaches for the transfer to Sacrofano.
Note: Those arriving by air must plan to land no later than 13:00, so that they can reach the centre in time for the activities beginning in the afternoon. Those travelling by their own means of transport should arrive in Sacrofano on 1 February by 15:00.

Private audience with Pope Leo XIV
On 4 February, a private audience with Pope Leo XIV is scheduled at the Vatican at 11:00. We will leave Sacrofano by coach at 08:00 and return to the centre in time for dinner. After the audience, we will all have a packed lunch together, then celebrate Holy Mass and visit St Peter’s Basilica. Further details will be provided during your stay.
Return trip
On Saturday, 6 February, after the concluding Holy Mass in the morning and lunch, several coaches will leave the centre at around 15:00 to take you to:

The journey time to each of the three destinations will be approximately 45 minutes. Please take this into account when booking your return journey!
